Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

The Team Leader - Sales Administration, you will focus on managing and supporting the sales process from order intake to delivery of finished goods through to the operations team and partners, to agreed timescales and budgets. You will mostly interact with internal stakeholders and company partners.

  • Managing and supporting a team of sales administrators and being a point of escalation for queries that are raised;
  • Supporting the Sales Team and Dealers with order processing;
  • Providing product quotations to the Hiab Sales Team and Dealers;
  • Daily management of sales administration for Loader Cranes, Demountables, Forestry and Truck Mounted Forklifts;
  • Business lead for salesforce adoption and development;
  • Maintaining control of Work in Progress and inventory and managing the KPI data;
  • Maintaining control of the order book;
  • Providing information and updates for forecasting of Order Intake and Sales;
  • Assisting with pricing and margin control;
  • Business lead in sales process implementation;
  • Assisting with the administration of compliance documentation;
  • Preparing and sending order acknowledgements to customers;
  • Responsible for progress chasing SAP vendor/ customer/ part number creator;
  • Supporting the planning phase of the builds both internally and externally;
  • Support the company's efforts to reduce accidents/incidents by reporting unsafe actions or conditions and participating in Safety Walks, Safety Audits 5S events etc. as required.
