The successful Electrical Technician, will be responsible for providing electrical, control and instrumentation support to the maintenance area. To ensure all Electrical preventive and corrective maintenance tasks are suitably planned, actioned and/or mitigated.

  • Knowledge of Electrical standards and regulations for the Chemicals, Oil and Gas industries and their application
  • Fault finding and system interrogation.
  • Ability to read, understand and modify P&IDs and EC&I engineering drawings.
  • Knowledge of company electronic support systems
  • Understanding of analytical procedures & interpretation of results, how to use maths, IT and
    problem-solving techniques.

To be successful in this role of Electrical Technician we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:

  • Time served electrical technician with a minimum of 5 years' experience in electrical maintenance.
  • Relevant electrical apprenticeship with associated qualifications.
  • CompEx, 2394 and 2395 and 18th Edition IEE Regulations.BS7671 qualified.
