Job Title: Fencing Estimator

Are you a Fencing Estimator? Do you understand technical drawings? Have you had experience putting fencing quotations together? You will ensure that all activities are accurately and appropriately logged and acted upon through predominately telephone sales.

Job Overview:

The primary purpose of the role is to be able to accurately and competitively produce quotes in a timely manner; generate new sales and follow-up on leads through selling the group portfolio of products and services. You will ensure that all activities are accurately and appropriately logged and acted upon through predominately telephone sales.

Job Description:

  • You will be the first point of contact for the customer/client therefore your ability to build relationships through your telephone conduct is essential.
  • As well as being able to demonstrate your expertise in product knowledge and range you will be able to offer cost-effective solutions in the provision of compiling and producing accurate and competitive quotations through our systematic approach.
  • You will seek to become an expert in the product range we offer and keep up-to-date with the surrounding markets in order to capture potential business opportunities and offer solutions.
  • Where further information is required you will ensure that you co-ordinate and chase to ensure that quotations are produced in a timely manner.
  • Key to your success will be your accuracy and attention to detail balanced against your capabilities to deliver new opportunities for the group.

Person Specification:

  • Minimum of 4 GCSE's with English and Maths C grades and above.
  • You must be able to understand technical drawings.
  • You must have experience putting quotations together.
  • Demonstrable ability to use Microsoft Office suite and database software as well as demonstrating your ability for attention to detail, organisation and planning.
