Job Overview:
Associate Directors lead, manage, oversee and deliver research projects and contribute significantly to the development of profitable client relationships. They are able to operate at a senior level with clients and are expected to generate significant revenue from existing clients as well as help establish new revenue-generating relationships.
Job Description:
- Lead high-value, high-profile and sensitive research projects from design to analysis;
- Manage teams of researchers to ensure that all projects are delivered to agreed budgets and timetables;
- Ensure that all projects deliver insightful, intelligent and actionable insights drawn from robust research;
- Line manage and support the professional development of specific Research Managers, SREs and REs and contribute to their yearly appraisal and six monthly review in line with the company's policies;
- Produce and present sophisticated and compelling analysis of research to clients;
Required Skills and Abilities:
- 6-8 years of agency-based research experience across a range of industry sectors;
- Experience of leading teams to deliver major research projects, including developing and using innovative research techniques;
- Experience of using research to provide high quality insight and advice for major clients, tailored to their requirements and using expert knowledge of their sector;
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills (including visual design), with extensive experience of leading the writing and delivery of presentations to clients;
- Experience of leading the development and management of major client relationships to deliver new work, including proposing work to clients;
