Job Title: Pre Sales Solutions Specialist

Our client requires a talented, experienced and ambitious Pre-Sales professional who can support and work with their sales teams through their consultative sales process as a core member of the team. This role is vital in ensuring that the value to customers is maximized. Extensive International Travel required.

Responsibilities:

  • You will demonstrate an understanding of the unique requirements of advertising sales based media businesses and translate those needs into a compelling demonstration of functional and technical capabilities.
  • Work closely with our sales team to improve and implement continuous improvement in our sales and pre-sales processes.
  • Be able to deliver in an effective and timely manner, on detailed responses to RFI / RFPs covering functional and technical requirements.
  • Proactively support relationships with customers and partners.
  • Display initiative, self-motivation and deliver high-quality work while at the same time, meeting all deadlines for both internal and external customers.
  • Work closely with our operations and infrastructure team to ensure demonstrations are continuously improved and up to date.
  • Work closely with our product team on new upcoming features and how best to highlight these in the product demonstrations.

Requirements:

  • High level of integrity and ethical approach. Able to gain credibility and trust at a first meeting.
  • A detailed understanding of advertising sales processes in media businesses is a major advantage.
  • A seamless blend of technical knowledge and business development skills with a commercial history to back this up preferably in the media publishing market.
  • Great listening skills.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented with strong will to succeed. A naturally organized person with determination to deliver excellence.
  • Excellent communicator with highly developed interpersonal skills and an ability to work collaboratively. A strong team player who can obtain positive visibility and credibility quickly and contribute to the overall success.
  • Strong presentations skills at both the technical and business level with the ability to deliver a highly technical solution in a pressured environment.
  • Uses proven problem-solving skills to view problems as challenges and turn them into viable solutions.
