Job Title: Export Regional Sales Manager

Reporting to the Export Sales Manager and based in Camberley office (with regular international travel), the Export Regional Sales Manager will operate within a defined export region, with the principle job purpose to understand, plan and implement complimentary export strategies consistent with the overall aims and requirements of the Business, with a focus on the achievement of the desired results.

Responsibilities:

On a day-to-day basis, the job-holder will be responsible for the development of the export sales strategy, ensuring strategically aligned plans for countries of responsibility; driving sales growth by developing and maintaining business relationships; delivering on sales budget and margin expectations; marketing and producing competitor analysis including sales forecasting by product and category, and providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education; furthermore attending and hosting trade shows as and when required.

Requirements:

The successful applicant will be a German-speaking export sales professional, who is ambitious, results orientated and target driven, and ideally educated to degree level or equivalent, with good transferable industrial experience gained from a mechanical engineering background. Possession of proficient computer skills including the full Microsoft Office package is essential.
