Job Title: Customer Service Manager

Are you a Customer Service Manager with experience managing and motivating a team? This is a hands-on position where you can excel in an environment that embraces teamwork, change and flexibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of team of 6 personnel
  • Direct liaison with customers
  • Ensuring an excellent customer experience - monitoring service delivery
  • Proactively managing customer expectations - making sure the delivery is right every time
  • Motivating staff - driving performance to achieve SLA/KPI's
  • Manage interface between customers and engineers to progress faults
  • Complaint resolution
  • Managing and reporting absence and holidays
  • Previous experience of managing teams - ideally call centre/floor walker

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years supervisory/management experience
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Proactive
  • Pragmatic in approach
  • Hands on
  • Previous experience within a service industry
  • Call centre experience or floor walker
