Job Title: Facilities Electrician

Are you a Facilities Electrician with a good working knowledge of related health, safety and legislation relating to facilities management? This role is full time, permanent, averaging 40 hours a week over a shift pattern which will include bank holidays and weekends. A very respectable salary & benefits package is on offer in return.

Responsibilities:

Heading up the team responsible for maintaining facilities and equipment within the Resort, you'll bring your skills, knowledge and experience to deliver the best possible experiences for their guests.

Health & Safety is always their number 1 priority as they deliver high standards of safety and efficiency, particularly when responding to breakdown calls and undertaking corrective works.

Ensuring the team work safely to risk assessments being proactive in minimising downtime of facilities and equipment is your focus.

Cost control forms part of this role as you will responsible for ordering materials, spares and parts as well as on site contractor control and project work.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in facilities and preferably will have completed a trade-based apprenticeship or be qualified to HNC/BTEC level or equivalent, in a building trades/services discipline.
  • Smartly presented and comfortable working in a customer facing environment.
  • A good working knowledge of related health, safety and legislation relating to facilities management is essential.
  • Leadership experience is desirable; however, they will fully train, coach and develop their successful candidate.
  • Experience in electrical modifications, testing & inspections, remedial work and completing statuary compliance tasks.
