Job Title: Export Sales Support Administrator

As the Export Sales Support Administrator, you will work within a small team to ensure a consistent approach to Export Sales Support across the business. You will provide an efficient, accurate and timely Export Sales Support function to the allocated Regional Sales Managers (RSM's). Responsibilities:

  • Compile and distribute report
  • Export Customer Complaints
  • Liaise with manufacturing sites as appropriate, to ensure orders are being progressed as planned & packing lists are provided in a timely manner.
  • Provide quotations and proformas as required by the RSM's.
  • Work closely with the allocated RSM's and be the primary internal link between the RSM's and Production.
  • Handle customer issues and enquiries in a timely manner via e mail and phone.
  • Enter customer orders accurately ensuring all orders are entered within one working day.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Sales Administrator role
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Strong administration skills
