Job Title: Project Manager

Are you a Project Manager with knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes? The primary function of this role is to drive the New Product Introduction (NPI) process and interface with the customers on all technical issues as a support for the existing Business Development team and Customer Support team.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage extensive industry relationships to promote the Company's services into the market
  • Analyse and understand customer strategies, future product plans and expansion activities to develop penetration strategies for new business opportunities
  • Expertly develop excellent customer relationships so that FN UK is their supplier of choice
  • Create and deliver project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Identify resources and assign responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project(s)
  • Competent in project methodology
  • Ensures project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored
  • Works closely with relevant stake holders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s)
  • Manage agreed projects and strategic customers to ensure that product deliveries are on time and projects/programmes are on schedule

Requirements:

  • Ability to manage multiple, detailed projects to a successful completion whilst working under tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes and business processes
  • Proven track record in project management
  • Good experience in product pricing, contract development and negotiations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
