Modern, high precision, niche company and are on the lookout for an experienced Toolroom Machinist/Toolmaker with CNC experience.
The Role of Toolroom Machinist Toolmaker & CNC:
- CNC Turning & Milling.
- Manual machining including surface grinding & Press tools.
- Use of Heidenhain controls preferred.
- Be able to interpret engineering drawings.
- Use of applicable measuring equipment.
What are the key (minimum) requirements for a successful Toolroom Machinist Toolmaker & CNC application?
- The ideal candidate will have experience of CNC Milling & Turning as well as Manual Machining.
- The preferred programming language will be Heidenhain for CNC. This is a great opportunity for a Toolroom / Toolmaker & CNC Machinist with an excellent rumination package.
- Press tool making - not only mould tools, that would not be adequate
- CNC turning, Haas or Fanuc, including programming
- CNC milling, Heidenhain, including programming
