Working for the largest entertainments company operating in Europe. They run 124 attractions in 25 countries across four continents.

To manage all elements of the finance systems, support, set up, integration and upgrades, including, on premise and software as a service environments.

To provide a high level of support to global customers and senior stakeholders while adhering to Finance and Digital (IT) Governance and service level agreements.

To manage a team of finance support and technical resource to support business as usual and projects as required and third party vendors service, delivery and cost.

To work with the global finance project team on new finance systems, standardisation of the application set up, migration and delivery, ensuring a smooth transition from a project to business as usual support, ensuring standardisation and documentation of the finance systems are maintained.

To develop a roadmap to support and deliver the upgrades of finance systems and integrations, working with senior stakeholders, global finance project teams, Digital (IT), finance and other internal customers.

Main responsibilities:

  • To build and manage a high-performing technical and support team, with a customer-focused ethos.
  • To build out the team to support future projects as required with a smooth transition to support.
  • To ensure compliance to Finance and Digital (IT) governance for finance systems and integrations.
  • To build excellent relationships with senior stakeholders, Finance, Digital (IT), end users and support partners.
  • To deliver support to end users in line with agreed service levels.
  • To support the global finance program of works on the introduction of new global finance systems and integrations, examples; NetSuite, Kyriba, Docupeek and Concur.
  • To work with our project managers to deliver enhancements and upgrades to our finance systems.
  • To provide continuity of support services for legacy finance systems, examples; NAV and Sage.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Experience of setting up and managing finance systems support teams across global timezones.
  • Experience of managing transition from projects to business as usual support.
  • Experience of working with software as a service.
  • Experience of managing third party finance system vendors.
  • Experience of NetSuite technical, configuration and support.
  • Experience of managing technical resource to support projects and gather requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills with all levels of customers and senior stakeholders in a global capacity.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Excellent excel skills.
  • Finance qualification or relevant finance experience.
  • Experience of NAV v 2009 to 2017 and Sage Line 500.
