The Sales Manager will oversee, implement and develop an effective sales strategy to achieve sales targets. Manage trade accounts in both residential and commercial sectors, ensuring the company is always front of mind, specif8ied and produced into projects.

Develop excellent customer relationships, through daily presentations, contact strategy, networking and other sales activities. Ensure customer retention KPIs are met, lead conversion and customer segment expansions. Ensure a high level of customer retention, focus and satisfaction.

  • Ensure all dealers have up to date product displays, are brand and product trained.
  • Seek new opportunities to develop untapped sales channels
  • Attend national trade shows and some international trade shows were required to support UK sales.
  • Produce monthly sales reports

This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone to lead the London sales during a time of exceptional growth. We are looking for someone who can drive sales, manage and expand the company's existing customer, seek and open up new sales channels. They will be working within our fast-paced commercial environment to grow within our friendly and experienced team.

The Candidate:

  • Experience of developing a sales region increasing, customer retention and opening sales channels within the lighting industry
  • Proven track record of closing sales.
  • Strong presentation skills, communication and negotiation abilities
  • An outgoing personality and great interpersonal skills
  • Good project management
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and a CRM database
