The Role of People Partner, you will be reporting into the Senior People Partner, you will support and champion the people agenda through the delivery of programs including talent, performance, learning and development, reward, ER, wellbeing, and systems.

  • You'll act as a trusted advisor to the business, providing professional guidance and support across a range of people-related matters.
  • Develop a positive employee relations culture through coaching and developing our manager's capability.
  • Promote and advocate our wellbeing agenda.
  • Support the annual cycle of people activity, including pay and reward review, performance calibration, and succession.
  • Drive a talent management focus across the business to ensure we identify, develop, and retain our people, supporting L&D activity.
  • Analyse and interpret people data to make compelling cases for people initiatives.
  • Maintenance of the People Team's policies, documents, and procedures.
  • Provide effective advice and coaching to business stakeholders to drive greater accountability and line management responsibility.
  • Contribute to the development of the People Plan, through active participation and by leading people projects appropriate to your skills and experience.

To be successful in this role of People Partner, we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:

  • Experience within HR/People Partner role.
  • Hold a CIPD.
  • Previous experience working across the whole employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, absence management and off-boarding.
  • Experience in coaching employees, conducting 121 reviews, and identifying development and training needs.
