As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing management, mentorship, and development of the Human Resources Team. Taking responsibility for every stage of the employee life cycle from onboarding to exit for employees and Leading existing employee initiatives and using employee feedback to proactively suggest initiatives or enhancements for increased employee engagement.

  • Supporting our People Managers on Learning and Development initiatives, including gap analysis and sourcing of relevant training, taking ownership for overseeing the training budget
  • Owning all aspects of employee relations and providing high level support/advise where necessary, including advising on policies and procedures, legislation and best practice; investigating and resolving issues; supporting performance related disciplinary or grievance issues
  • Overseeing and approval for payroll processes, both UK and overseas
  • Working with the Group HR Director to Identify and take a lead on HR projects
  • Ownership of the HR database, employee records and documentation
  • Providing the structure and processes relating to transactional HR elements, including contracts, terms and conditions, the Employee Handbook and other HR communications.
  • Managing employee benefits, including pension administration and dealing with brokers for Death in Service, EAP services and Private Medical Insurance.

  • Previous experience in a HR role
  • Desirable: Previous experience working at HR Manager or HRBP level or equivalent Knowledge
  • Up to date knowledge of UK employment legislation, best practice and how to apply it Technical skills
