This is an excellent opportunity for an Inventory Control Manager who will be responsible for supporting business sales revenue by ensuring all packaging, consumables and 'store' hardware lines are in stock. You will generate line level usage forecasts and work closely with the supply base to order within lead times, ensuring on time delivery & control of the stock accuracy on hand.

Key Accountabilities

  • Forecast future demand at line level for all packaging, consumables, and hardware by working with the Brand teams to understand promotional & seasonal events and from historical usage from previous data collation
  • Works closely with Production Managers to ensure space is managed effectively and operatives maintain stock housekeeping controls
  • Plan and control optimum operations space for put away and storage (on site and off site via third parties)
  • Control Goods In operations from close working with the responsible Goods In operative champions, ensuring that business policies for accuracy on receipt is maintained
  • Check supplier invoices are in line with units received at Goods In and submit for payment cost approval
  • Drive and deliver continuous improvement initiatives for business enhancement

Skills & Experience

  • Experience of managing an inventory system for goods receipt, stock accuracy and control
  • 'Hands on' floor management and support production when required
  • Previous experience of managing inventory and inventory systems
  • Good understanding of warehouse operations
