As the Regional Business Manager, you will support the forecasted sales growth. To be the franchisees' trusted business advisor. To be responsible for coaching franchisees to ensure their business plans and profit goals are defined and met.
Nature and Scope Responsibilities include providing and analysing accurate data in a timely manner that supports the business development plans. Responsible for the development of all franchisees within an allocated region in-line with the agreed business plan.
This is a Field based position covering the South West including Bristol + Cardiff + Swansea.
