The successful Installation Engineer will provide a professional installation service for equipment into customers' premises, ensuring the quality, safety and workmanship are of the highest standards at all times.
This role involves;
- Installing, testing and inspecting electrics in customers' premises within the room that our equipment is being installed, ensuring that this is done in compliance with the latest electrical safety requirements.
- Issuing an electrical safety certificate on completion of all electrical work within the installation.
- Ensuring work is carried out following health and safety compliance and making sure rooms are left clean and tidy after the installation.
- Carrying out site surveys prior to the installation, in accordance with company procedures.
- Carrying out risk assessments prior to commencing work for all installations.
- Carrying out service calls and maintenance on our equipment, diagnosing and repairing any faults.
To be successful in this role of Installation Engineer we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:
- IET Wiring Regulations (18th Edition current at October 2019)
- Testing and Inspection qualification
- Electrotechnical Certification Scheme (ECS) Card
