Position: Learner Recruitment Manager
Salary: £44,000 - £47,846 per annum
Benefits: OTE 10,000
We're looking for a talented Learner Recruitment Manager to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of leading or managing high quality iag/recruitment/progression services within the learning & skills sector (commercial and/or government-funded programmes or schemes).

Reporting to the Sales Director and based in the company's Croydon office, as the Learner Recruitment Manager, you will be primarily responsible for leading on developing and growing the learner recruitment/progression division, by refining customer segmentation, simplifying the recruitment/progression process and addressing barriers at every stage of the customer journey. Lead on forming and maintaining strong relationships and partnerships both internally and externally, effectively managing networks across the organisation to support the recruitment function and learner success.
In the job you'll be tasked with leading on the development and implementation of sales recruitment and progression strategies, policies and procedures to meet the business plan, operational priorities and contractual targets including target revenue and allocated expenditure for the division.
Finally, you'll also be tasked with establishing recruitment objectives by forecasting and developing annual recruitment quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected volume and profit for the existing and new opportunities and support the development of a budget to cover the cost of the strategies and activities included in this plan.
The ideal candidate for this Learner Recruitment Manager role will have relevant experience of leading or managing high quality iag/recruitment/progression services within the learning & skills sector (commercial and/or government-funded programmes or schemes).
You'll also need experience of leading commercial sales/recruitment teams in a customer service environment to meet KPI targets.
Plus, it's vital that you've got experience of understanding of relevant funding streams, regulations and priorities.

Basic salary: £42,000 - £47,846 per annum depending on experience
Bonus: A personal bonus of up to £10,000 per annum is also available if you hit your individual targets
