How We Work
We work on 17.5% of the first year salary with 14 days payment terms from the day they start their new role. On the rare occasion that a candidate that we found leaves within the first three months we offer a refund at:
0-4 Weeks 75% of fee, 5-8 Weeks 50% of fee, 9-12 Weeks 25% of fee.
We always prefer to find a new candidate for the role rather than give refund because we feel it better reflects the service we are committed to deliver, but of course this is discussed on a case by case basis.
We understand that people are sceptical about giving a role to one agency, especially if this is a new relationship. This is why we will work with customers on multi agency roles to prove how good we are at filling their roles and that we are true to our values.
